  Had an amazing experience at this specific location last friday. A fine young man helped me with my order and prepared the patties just like i wanted, which I really appreciate. Food and service was amazing but the location was pretty dead IMO. Edit: Shoutout to Sikou, just remembered his name, Amazing worker!

  I ordered a huntrix meal yesterday for my sister. I got the nuggets, no sauce, no fries and no cards. I’ll never be back to this horrible excuse of a restaurant. If you can’t even get an order right, you’re in the wrong job

  My apple pie was cold and then when I asked to get it warmed up, they said no we’re not turning on the warmer like who honestly wants a cold apple pie from McDonald’s cause I don’t think anybody does you want a hot apple pie that burns your mouth

  Poor service. No paper in the machine and no number showed up. Asked the desk and he just walked away.

  Went there for a quick breakfast with my sister. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich, 1 ashbrown and 2 drinks. Their system is flawed or misused by their employees. After 20 minutes, oir order number went to the serving side and after 2 minutes, it disapeared. I went to the counter to ask about it and they said they were working on the order. We received our food 10 minutes later. Multiple people complained of the time and errors they were making. The only good thing about the experience is that the food was hot and fresh. I understand this location is extremly busy but, employees should be using the systems correctly. It looked like a circus in there. Orders being called were not transferred to the being served list. They had no clue who had been served or not. Improvement is possible. I think if they use the system as it should, it should work better for them - or go back to the old ways. It used to work well!
