  This location is brutal! I never have a good experience here. Lots of staff standing around while one person is making the ice cream. Items getting missed, sloppy ice cream, everyone looks very messy and like they hate being there. Super slow service and very unfriendly

  Just as we walked in the restaurant we noticed a smell - like moldy wet socks. A worker was mopping the floor with very dirty water. Reaked of chemicals! As we were eating she asked us to move our feet up so that she could mop the floor under our feet while we were eating! She later came back to spray cleaner and wipe our table AS we were eating! Who does that!? It’s not even close to closing time. Paid 16$ for ice cream at 6pm I shouldn’t have to put up with this - clean after close or between patrons

  I came in today to get a cake for my family and the girl who wrote on it was very unfriendly. I’ve honestly never had a great experience at this Dairy Queen location or the one on St. Joseph, but today really pushed me over the edge. All I wanted was a cake for my mom, and she didn’t even check if I liked how it turned out — which I didn’t. The whole interaction felt so cold and awkward, you would’ve thought I had just smacked her. If she had at least been polite, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review.

  Went on school PD day with my kids and their buddy. Was surprised that there was no button for wheelchairs/strollers. Had to get the kids to hold the door open for the stroller. Ordered 4 small vanilla cones. When she said the price I asked her to repeat. Over $18! She said “yes they are $3.99/cone” so I said “that’s wild!” And she proceeded to throw up her hands and say “I don’t make the price!” She then gave us about HALF of the amount of ice cream on each cone there should have been! I don’t know if she was pissed about my comment on the price or just a very unhappy older lady. Such a rip off! Will not be returning.

  Ordered for the first time I wanted to order an ice cream cake for a birthday and tried starting the customization online, but noticed this location only accepts cake orders in person. When I went in, I was passed between three different employees before finally speaking with someone who helped me fill out the order form. When I was about to pay, another associate reviewed my form and mentioned that they don’t usually accept orders with less than 48 hours’ notice(although the website states a 1-day lead time) She said she would still proceed since the order had already been approved. However, she then called over the employee who assisted me and reprimanded her in French in front of me. It created a very uncomfortable situation, as the tone felt condescending, and I felt bad for the employee helping me. It honestly made me consider canceling the order, but I was left a bit speechless in the moment. That said, I do want to thank the employee who ultimately helped make the birthday cake happen….I truly appreciated her effort. I may have misunderstood what was stated online, so the mistake may have been on my end , but there’s still a respectful way to correct someone without putting them down, especially in front of customers. J’espère vraiment qu’ils vont mieux la traiter au travail 🥺
