  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell in Orillia. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but I was also charged twice for my purchase. On top of that, the chicken in my meal tasted raw and didn’t seem fully cooked, so I couldn’t eat it because I was concerned about food safety. Paying twice for an order that was wrong and inedible is completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into this and improves both their customer service and quality control.

  Complete waist of my time, was second guessing myself walking in there, so I went to wash my hands and booked it out of there. Nasty place, why hasn't this Dump been charged with health violations.

  I stopped in here for lunch around 12, I hadn't eaten breakfast that morning so I was especially hungry, and I was very upset with the outcome of my meal. I ordered cinnamon twists, and the came with NO cinnamon on them. I was very unimpressed with the lack of cinnamon sugar. I also ordered a steak quesadilla and it came with WAY too much Creamy Jalapeño Sauce. Usually when I order a quesadilla it doesn't have enough. Then the girl that took my order didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, and when I asked for Nacho fries she gave me the chips and cheese instead... I am most upset about the cinnamon twists because they're my favourite item on the menu, so them being as bad as they were was truly upsetting. Overall not impressed with the experience I had and I don't believe I will be returning anywhere in the near future.

  Only one complaint I received an Uber order around 1:30 AM I went to the drive thru it said closed all the doors are locked there is people inside doesn't seem to care, there were other customers too as the shop closes at 2:00 PM This not only happened once and it's not fair Please understand that not responding to customers on the last hour may make your work easy but what about people travelling from far thinking the store is open and it's your business that will be failing because of this
