  Our server was Dave, he was prompt and engaged. He took both beverage and meals orders with precision and attention to the details. All offerings were brought with efficiency and hospitality. Thank you for a nice Mother’s day service.

  Dave was very pleasant and attentive. Very nice to talk to. I ordered a quarter chicken dinner - dark meat. Should have stuck to the breast. The leg was well done and mostly bone and skin.

  Tania our waitress was AMAZING! She was so super friendly, on the ball on everything. Dispite her being super busy, she still took them time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction more then once and she was just an overall amazing person. Clearly she is someone that puts 120% into her work. Super amazing to see someone still has a terrific work ethic. Meal was out faster then I've ever had. Food was delicious and extreamly fresh. Entire meal was a 10+ thanks to her.

  The seating in the restaurant makes you feel isolated, the kitchen was slow for our order, and the waitress was very busy and our service was slower than it should have been. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:50 pm and left at 7:40 pm. I ordered the chicken burger and the bun tasted burnt which spoiled the taste of the chicken with the sauce. Near the end of our meal I asked for a glass of water which I never received and our doggy bag or container took 15 minutes to get. I don’t think I’ll be back to this Swiss chalet again.

  They are faithful to their habits, they always forget something! This time we didn't have our rolls. The previous time it was the sauce and before the rolls too. I wonder how much money they save by VOLUNTARILY leaving food out of orders! Open your bag and all the boxes to see you have everything before leaving with your order! Ils sont fidèle à leurs habitudes, ils oublient toujours quelque chose! Cette fois nous n'avions pas nos petits pains. La fois précédente c'était la sauce et avant les petits pains aussi. Je me demande combien d'argent ils économisent en oubliant VOLONTAIREMENT des aliments aux commandes! Ouvrez votre sac et toutes les boîtes pour voir que vous avez tout avant de partir avec votre commande!
