  Went in 05/16/25 approx 4 pm Was seated. Used washroom while my wife was at the table. Came back not even a hello, drink order, introduction nothing after at least 10 min of sitting and waiting. (Only two other tables in the entire restaurant had patrons us being the third. ) We decided to leave and only after halfway to the exit an employee asked if we needed anything. 0 stars you guys. Just because your a well known brand you shouldn’t feel entitled to think all of your patrons will wait to be even at least acknowledged to see about a drink order even more time with the menu or at least a “Hello I’m ….how are you? Just by chance after that encounter we found an amazing restaurant up the street which I will review in my next post.

  RHONDA our server was awesome! Great personality, very bubbly and sweet…loved her! We need more servers like Rhonda. Gave a 4 star bc my salad was drenched in dressing that it was soupy. Told the gentleman that came by to ask how food was but he didn’t seem to care too much bc he didn’t do anything about it. Oh well:)

  We came to Kelseys Original Roadhouse last night as a family to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and our server Rhonda made the entire experience unforgettable. She was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond in a way that you honestly don’t see very often anymore. She was quick, attentive, and always one step ahead with refills before we even had to ask. She engaged so kindly with our six-year-old, which made our child feel included and special, and she brought my husband a birthday dessert with a candle that was such a thoughtful touch. At one point during dinner, I actually leaned over and whispered to my husband that many younger servers could learn from Rhonda because her customer service skills are truly outstanding. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and that level of hospitality is rare. Thank you, Rhonda, for making our family dinner and my husband’s birthday so special. We will absolutely be back!

  My boyfriend and a other couple spent the weekend in Orillia we went to Kelsey,we came from NorthBay, we placed our drinks and noticed the bottom of the glassed leaked after his first drink I noticed the whole glass was cracked from top to bottom, he could of seriously been hurt when I bought it to the waitress attention she replaced it but never said anything to me . You would have assumed she would of apologize cause again he could have been seriously hurt

  I wasn't going to give a review, but when I took a second look at our bill as we were driving away, I became quite annoyed. I ordered the Alfredo dish with chicken and hubby ordered the chicken parmesan. The chicken portions in my dish were very small strips and there was very little Alfredo sauce. Hubby asked our server for extra sauce and she returned with a small dish that contained maybe three tablespoons of runny sauce. This I noticed on our bill that they charged us an extra $1.49 for "chicken gravy". This dish was dry and bland and definitely not worth $19.99 plus $1.49. The chicken parmesan dish was similar.
