  Amazing service and food. Haven’t been to Arby’s in over a decade and was blown away by the prompt/polite service and the delicious food. Went back three times this week to try all their menu. This company hires Canadians and I’m here for it. 🇨🇦✅

  Food is usually hot, fresh, staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Seating area is very dated, and not always clean.

  My back seat passenger was enjoying a cigarette, I was told that we can’t be served unless my passenger extinguishes his cigarette. I usually come to this location at least twice a week and sometimes three times a week, Spending an average of $40 per visit. I’m surprised that Arby’s fees it’s their duty to police the habits of their customers instead of just being grateful that we patronize their establishment. I asked to speak to the manager and the fellow at the window said he is the manager them promptly closed the window and walked away refusing to have a civil discussion regarding the situation. That being said, I will never spend another dollar at this location, you may not like smoking and neither do I but I was under the impression that a drive thru was for easy access to the clientele to aid in maximizing sales however this location feels there duty to the company is to morality police it’s customers.

  Overall good, great staff, good location for stopping while driving north. Is just off the highway, so convenient but not exactly a romantic destination.
