  This is our FAV spot to stop when passing in the area and we have always had the BEST service and BEST product at this location…until today! What a total let down. As much as everyone in my family loves your famous beef sandwiches I don’t eat red meat so I have always been able to sub turkey instead of beef on the small junior sandwich. Well not today, apparently that is only something “Pam” (who works there) can do now 🤷🏼‍♀️. I am paying for the meat, not asking for it for free, just switching it from beef to turkey (as I have always done with no issue) well today the cashier said no, asked the manager who flat out said NO and the manager then asked the male employee on the floor and he said NO that is only for Pam. Well lucky you Pam lol. The manager was frustrated but said fine I will do it this time. Swapping cheddar for another cheese seemed to stump her as well, not sure why as you can do this on other sandwiches and always could. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Now take a peek at the quality of the soggy, room temp fries and the turkey they argued about. Instant regret in ordering it as this is nothing like the incredible quality we always enjoyed at this location. The Bubble gum milkshake was a real hit though, we loved it, which is what both food stars are for 👌🏼. Hey maybe these pics are what Arby’s stands behind now but I can for sure say they used to be amazing and this was almost $30 (2 sandwiches, 1 kids meal and 1 shake) and a total let down. Oh and “Math” for some reason was an issue today too as they rung up my kids meal as a sandwich plus a 2 for $5 (drink and fry) instead of the combo I asked for which actually made it cost more, not a big deal but when I pointed it out she just got more frustrated and argued I was wrong. She suddenly came and gave the refund of the difference which was very kind although she never apologized. Maybe she was having a bad day…what can ya do?

  Always have to visit this location!! The staff are always quick and friendly, the food is fantastic. Well worth the visit every time!

  To the two employees who served me RIGHT at 11pm tonight, thank you so much. I know you didn't have to ajd the ONLY other food available to me would have been McDocks which makes me ill. I appreciate you too the moon and back.
