  Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Taco Bell in Orangeville. On Friday, July 31, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Crunchwrap, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and a 7-Layer Bean Burrito. While my 11-year-old child was eating the 7-Layer Bean Burrito, we discovered a plastic water bottle cap inside it. As a parent, this was terrifying. Had my child swallowed it, the situation could have been much more serious. Finding a foreign object like this in food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control. I immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Komalpreet, who asked me to send photos and a video of the bottle cap, which I did. An apology alone is not enough. I expect a thorough investigation into how this happened and what steps will be taken to ensure it never happens again. I have also escalated this matter to Taco Bell head office and will be reporting it to the appropriate public health authority for investigation. I hope no other family has to experience something like this.

  I’ve never had to make a review before but today i feel like i need to. This location closes before the time they are supposed to. unbelievable. the took my order and then decided that it was too late and to leave. absolutely unbelievable
