  IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 I WOULD! I have never written a Google review before and I’ve never written a negative one before as well. Me and my class were coming home from a school field trip and decided to stop in at the local McDonald’s, Taco Bell and KFC. I came in to Taco Bell at 6:30 and understand that fast food restaurants are not normally busy around 6:30 for the reason they were understaffed this evening. here’s my issue. The first thing was their machines did not work so me and my friend proceed to go to the front to do our order the girl Who did our order already seemed annoyed, and I did not take any personal judgment because has somebody who works in the service industry I understand. I repeated my order twice to her, just confirming, as she was mumbling back in an already loud atmosphere my order back to me. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and a Cantina chicken bowl. The crunch wrap supreme was a combo and I got a 7-Up with it and then we got a Baja blast on the side not in a combo. Like I mentioned before we ordered at 6:30 and I did not leave the building until seven there may have been 10 other people in the restaurant already eating and or waiting for their food. When it came time and they read my order number, I had only received the crunch wrap supreme combo and the bowl was nowhere to be seen so I proceed to ask politely for the two drinks that I ordered and the bowl she then tells me that I am wrong after I proved to her showing the receipt of what I ordered she then hand me a bag what was supposed to be the bowl in it and no drinks I then asked her for the drinks and she said that they were never on the receipt which she still had in hand and then crumbled it up. then she goes and makes me and my friends drink, and says some pretty nasty stuff that was not mumbled and clearly said out loud on purpose for me to hear I will not be repeating in this message what she said because I don’t know if Google reviews can ban you for things, but just know it was really hurtful And used profanity. Like I said, before I work in the service industry as a teen and understand the hardships and maybe there was something going on about her day, but this is just wrong. At this point if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all. All we wanted to do was get back on our three hour bus ride to home and enjoy our Taco Bell but now I am upset of this negative experience and will have a not so nice three hour bus ride home . PS because that I received two crunch wraps instead of a bowl and a crunch wrap combo, my kosher friends could not eat on this three hour bus ride home as she is Jewish.

  Very disappointed and unhappy to say this is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever visited. The food was terrible not prepared well. I have never had a quesadilla from Taco Bell be prepared the way they did. The drive thru was not in service I had to go inside. They were not busy and they still got my order wrong. They forgot my Big Crunch sandwich and when I tried to call the location to see what they could do about it as I live 25min away and was not coming back for it no one answered the phone and quite frankly the voicemail message is very weird you need to look into changing that and making it more professional.

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. Was just in this location and it was complete chaos. There were people in there waiting over 40 minutes for their food, I waited over 25 mins myself. Their staff need to revisit kindergarten to learn basic manners, they kept arguing with customers about their orders even though they had receipt proof of what they ordered. I honestly would rather drive into Brampton and go to a Taco Bell there instead of visiting this location again. Absolutely terrible service and our food was wrong and cold after waiting for 25 minutes for it. Also get front staff that know how to work the computers instead of making everyone wait for you to go ask a co-worker how to add something to an order or customize what you are getting, honestly ridiculous

  If i could i'd give it 0 stars. I waited over an hour for my food. Over an hour. At a Taco Bell. When I went up to ask about my order they told me it wasn't ready. Okay, whatever. But then literally a minute later somebody walks back in FROM OUTSIDE and hands them a bag. And these employees without any hesitation or shame try to hand me that bag and tell me it's my order. this is a bag that left the restaurant. That was in somebody else's hands. That went outside and came back. And they tried to pass it off as my food like I wasn't standing right there watching the whole thing happen. That is a blatant health violation. That is not okay under any circumstances and I genuinely cannot believe they thought that was an acceptable thing to do. I looked in the bag anyway and it wasn't even my order. So now I have to explain myself AGAIN, wait AGAIN while they remake everything, standing there even longer after already waiting an hour for food I still don't have. Nobody apologized. Nobody seemed embarrassed. It was like this was just a normal day for them. This location just reopened and it is already one of the worst experiences I've had at any fast food restaurant they should've just stayed closed.

  Had high hopes that something in management or ownership would have changed with the Reno’s but unfortunately I was wrong… today I placed a $50 order. Every single item on that order was either replaced with a crunchy beef taco (on $2 promo today) or just left out completely… i confronted the staff about this and demanded a refund. As i had not received 90% of what i ordered… only to be told they wont be refunding me because i ordered on the kiosk and they would not be giving me the food i ordered or any other option. Left with a few tacos i didnt even order and pure disappointment feeling absolutely scammed. Maybe got $20 worth of food (food that i didnt even order) instead of my $50 order or a refund as obviously they were incapable of making it. Incredibly disappointed by this place I’ll gladly drive elsewhere for a tacobell with customer service. This place is a joke I’ve never left there without having to go back to the counter and tell them what I ordered again. I’ll never punish myself by going back here again. Everyone please save your money and eat elsewhere
