  I have some dietary restrictions, and Gyanpreet calmly explained my options and what Taco Bell can accommodate. She was incredibly helpful, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this location for both Taco Bell and KFC.

  I had a great experience at kfc , i really like the place they guys are doing very well after there renovations all the staffs are really very nice and easily handling all the busy time . When i walk in the store there is lots of people in the lobby and the front cashier stay calm and talk politely to everyone and help them in taking the orders and giving the orders to everyone not more than the wait of 5 to 10 minutes. I really appreciate the staff and there hard work .

  The food quality is still a bit below standards for the prices the consumers are paying. I thought with the new renovations, food quality wood have changed and the staff properly trained. The front counter staff were pleasant but the cook(s) and food preparation still needs improvement in my opinion based on the dried up chicken on a bun we received. The fries were hard, surprisingly.

  I had high hopes for the newly renovated KFC in Orangeville. The place is quite nice and modern. However the food remains dismal like before. I ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken and a medium coleslaw. I received 10 pieces of tired, extremely dried out chicken and a macaroni salad instead of coleslaw. It’s been my experience over the years at this location that one third of my orders are incorrect. The place may be renovated but the sub par service remains.

  This was the worst service we have ever experienced. First of all we waited 20 minutes for our food just for other people who walked in the door 5 minutes ago got their food before ours. Also i ordered 2 Ranch which costs extra and a plum sauce, When they gave me my food my fries were cold sitting there waiting for the rest of my food and they decided to add 2 random sauces (kfc sauce, mustard) thy called others up to ask about their order and then i said something about them giving me the wrong sauce and then told me they have no ranch left. You guys should have restocks of everything and let people know before hand. Service and customer service were very poor and we were not happy.
