  Horrible service at the drive-thru. Hope the shelburne location opens soon so I never have to deal with this location again.

  Absolutely horrible service , waited 20 min only to get warm drinks . My sandwich looked old and undercooked . Crunchwrap supreme had almost nothing in it and the manager did not seem to care.

  Extremely frustrating experience. We were told by an employee that our entire order was in the bag, so we trusted him and left. Once we got home, we realized we were missing almost half of our order. We called the store and had to drive all the way back just to get the food we had already paid for. When we arrived, they remade the missing food. We asked the man at the front if we could also take the original order with us, and he agreed and was literally about to hand us the bag. Then someone who appeared to be a manager stepped in and suddenly told us we couldn’t have it because it had been “thrown out,” even though the bag was right there and was almost handed to us. The whole situation was handled poorly and the communication between the employees was terrible. We wouldn’t have had to come back in the first place if our order had been checked properly instead of confidently telling us everything was there when it wasn’t. Definitely disappointing customer service and a huge waste of our time.

  The women at drive thru are absolutely inadequate at performing there job. Horrible behaviour to most customers. Contacted the manager last time they messed up order and seems like the problems still occurring so clearly manager doesn’t care. Don’t go here
