Every time I come in she always has a big smile on her face and makes it a point to always remember my order. She have exceptional customer service skills and has you leaving with a smile on your face! I would highly recommend Samia!!!

There was a man working in the back with a large beard, with no beard net and no gloves. I watched him repeatedly touch his beard, touch his cell phone, and then go right back to handling the buns and assembling sandwiches. This is extremely concerning when you’re preparing food for customers. Where are the food-handling standards and basic hygiene procedures? On top of that, there were a ton of flies throughout the restaurant, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant and concerning. Seeing flies around an area where food is being prepared is simply not acceptable. I genuinely want to know: where is the management? How is this being allowed to happen? Customers should be able to feel confident that the food they are purchasing is being prepared in a clean and sanitary environment. I left feeling completely uncomfortable and will think twice before coming back. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the hygiene and food-handling practices immediately.
