  So last week I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a order of chicken fingers with fries and a blizzard I asked them to put the gravy on the fries not on the side.. my order was like $26.15 you know how they ask you if you want to round up for sick kids and I actually rounded up to an even $30... This is where it gets fun I bought the chicken fingers for my wife cuz she likes their chicken fingers and I wanted the fries with gravy for myself when I get home they have a side order of gravy and instead of putting gravy all over the fries that I asked for they put it all over the chicken fingers so my wife couldn't eat the chicken fingers and to be honest with you the fries are cold now I guess I could have just left alone but I decided to call the store because when I was going through the drive-thru I had a really pleasant conversation with the girl who was working the window and she was the one I spoke to on the phone when I called, lovely lady.... I guess here's my problem she was super apologetic about the mistake and understood how I felt like it didn't get what I want and she said that I would receive a coupon for a female and that they would email it to me and that the manager would call me it has now been a week and I have not heard from the manager and have not received the coupon that they spoke of so now basically I feel like I spent $26 on an order that was completely messed up my wife didn't need the chicken fingers and I threw out the cold fries and I feel cheated because I rounded up to an even $30 which I understand was my choice but at the end of the day I guess being nice doesn't pay off what I really don't like is being told that they would do something and not only do I not receive the free email they said they would email me but I'm more bothered by the fact that the manager has not even reached out..... Not acceptable

  Service was good, but I got one of their new cupcakes and it was full of hair to be specific a knot of hair!

  I had a really positive experience with John, the owner/manager at Dairy Queen Orangeville. I ran into an issue with an order placed through SkipTheDishes, and John handled the situation with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He was personable, patient, and clearly willing to go the extra mile to make things right—even though the issue wasn’t directly his fault. After Skip reimbursed my credits, I placed a second order and chose to pick it up myself. While I was waiting, John was busy, but with a little help from his staff, I was able to connect with him just before leaving. He greeted me warmly, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer. His response and overall approach completely turned the situation around. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days. John truly sets the standard. 10/10 — highly recommend 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  great looking spot, the fish tank is very cool, and this is the first place i’ve ever seen that has napkins AT EVERY TABLE. absolutely incredible, this should be everywhere
