  The girl making our subs seems like we’re asking for a favour and getting the sub for free! Ridiculous behaviour!

  Waited 15 minutes for the guy to take care of ONE persons order and then once it was my turn for my $10 half a sandwich it was the most stale bread that felt and tasted like it sat out for days.

  Awful hospitality. Went in for washroom and going to grab a bite to eat. My mother has Crohn’s disease and was in immediate need of a restroom. Beyond that others needed to use the restroom as well, as you normally do at food and convenient stores. We were rudely told no and turned around by a young girl behind the subway counter. This experience was embarrassing for my mom as Crohn’s disease is an autoimmune disorder she cannot control, and staff is very unhelpful to the customers. On our way out my mom said out of frustration that she’d go out back (in the yard), and the worker laughed and said go ahead gesturing us to leave. I completely understand if an establishment does not have public washroom access/ somebody is just doing there job, but there is no need to be rude or belittling about it.

  I was very disappointed in the service as well as the quality of my purchase. As soon as I walked in it seemed like I was interrupting the girls life. I asked a question and was ignored and there was very little acknowledgement of my presence. I have had a decent experience in the past however this time was very different. I know everyone is human and has bad days but I feel customers who are being decent deserve a bit of quality and friendliness. It doesn't take much to be a decent person especially in a career you have chosen in customer service.
