  My first time at Swiss Chalet after living here for 13 years! I loved everything: the beer, the four-cheese spinach dip, and the main course. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff specifically Lana so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! I only wish I had discovered this place sooner.

  Shiva, was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. Because of her I am going to have many more family and business lunch and dinner events at this location. She was awesome to have.

  First time at this location and it was a great experience. Silas was our server and he was amazing. Very polite and friendly. Food and service was great

  We came as a party of 7 for Mother's Day lunch! We had Lana as our waitress and she was amazing! She took some photos for our table and was quick and gave our mama a little gift. Thank you, Lana! Happy Mother's Day! <3

  Well, most of the staff was reasonable, One of the female staff members who took my order was so rude and obvious about it. After about 10 minutes when I asked if my order was coming up, she misheard or interpreted the way she wanted to and thought I was shouting at her, and responded with, ‘can you not see there are other orders’? I think this employee should be fired immediately for speaking to customers that were being polite to her. Had I been belligerent I could understand her reaction, however, this is not how you talk in such an easy customer service job. I’ll be following up with this store about their lack of communication and ignorance
