- RBRegina Byington3 days ago1.0We were here Oct.11/26. We reserved for 5pm knowing it might be busy. We still had to line up. There were still available tables as well. We were seated at 5:15. Waited an hour, and finally started asking for service! Several times! Finally got our drinks after an hour...then nothing! Nobody keeping us informed about our order...just nothing! After 2 hours they brought one plate, and a wrong order. We just left. This is unacceptable! No communication at all, and totally ignored. A family was beside us with a mother in tears because she just wanted to feed her children. Do better people!

Kids meals were missing the deserts and the drinks. We ordered 3 thanksgiving feasts and we didn’t get a single one of them. I called the store several times. First time manager refused to take my call. Second time they put me on hold for 17 minutes to wait for the manager and they came to the phone and hung up. Third call we finally got the manager on the phone. She offered to remake the order but I had to drive there to pick it up. Sadly I did because I got gone with the second order and again everything was wrong. Kids missing deserts. Thanksgiving feasts were supposed to have loaded mashed potatoes and they gave us thier soggy fries. The truly sad part is the manager herself prepared my second order and it was STILL wrong. Never again will I order from this location and I strongly encourage everyone to avoid ordering in from this location. If you must eat here go there and dine in so you can complain in person and get your order corrected.
- MMMLSmith4 days ago1.0The worst dinner experience our family has ever had. The restaurant was severely understaffed but the host just kept seating table after table. We sat for 30 minutes before being asked what we’d like to drink. We sat for an hour and fifteen minutes before our food arrived and when we were finished, it took another 20 minutes for the bill to come. The restaurant was dirty; dirty plates sat on tables beside us for the whole visit. The floors were greasy, the table was sticky. Our poor waitress was being yelled at by customer after customer, a few tables got up and left without eating and we even watched a customer go back in to the kitchen to speak with the waitress. It was a very strange experience. Our waitress was absolutely overworked and it was upsetting watching customers from other tables yell at her for things out of her control. I commend her for not having a breakdown in the middle of service because she was absolutely abused by her employer. I hope the waitress is able to find employment at a different establishment that treats her with the respect a human being deserves.
