Ordered a grilled cheese burger to get soggy garlic bread (not grilled cheese) as a bun & and ice cold patties. French fries tasted good, but were also freezing. Another one of our friends also received the incorrect dish which we still ate due to long wait times. Manager on duty never came to apologize! That being said, our server was extremely friendly and kind, genuinely the only good thing about our experience.

Here in Oakville it's dry not enough shrimp,truffles, or sauce on either was extremely disappointing will not be returning as a regular customer to the franchise after this experience I wasted my money for how dead it was on a Saturday I'd expect a lot more from here. Will be seaking other franchises to fill the gaps.

The food and cocktails were great as usual and Taya was so sweet and attentive even though she had a couple of big tables. The one table was quite rude to her but she handled them with grace and as well as she could considering their demeanor. My only criticism of the atmosphere is that it's quite dark in there and they need to monitor the washrooms more regularly. We'll definitely be back!
