  Montana’s BBQ & Bar in Oakville delivered one of the most exceptional dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere exuded warmth, comfort, and authenticity. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between lively and relaxed, creating an inviting environment that embodied the essence of a classic Canadian smokehouse. It was the kind of setting that encourages guests to slow down, savor their meal, and genuinely enjoy the experience. A significant part of what made the evening so memorable was the outstanding service provided by Brittany. From beginning to end, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and charisma. Her timing was impeccable, consistently checking in without ever feeling intrusive, while ensuring every detail of the dining experience was executed flawlessly. What truly distinguished her service was the sincerity and pride she brought to her role, making the experience feel both personal and genuinely hospitable. Exceptional service leaves a lasting impression, and Brittany exemplified that standard effortlessly. To begin, I ordered the Caesar salad, which was exceptionally fresh, crisp, and well-balanced in flavor. For the main course, I selected the half rack of ribs accompanied by fries, and the dish exceeded expectations in every regard. The ribs were succulent, tender, and infused with a rich smoky flavor, while the seasoning was expertly balanced and cooked to perfection. The fries arrived hot, fresh, and satisfyingly crisp, complementing the meal beautifully. Montana’s reputation for quality ribs is clearly well-earned, and this dish certainly reinforced that distinction. Overall, the experience was exemplary from start to finish. Between the outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere, this location delivered a dining experience that was both memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Montana’s BBQ & Bar in Oakville to anyone seeking high-quality barbecue paired with exceptional hospitality. I look forward to returning again in the near future.

  Such a wonderful dining experience. Our server Cam was very polite and provided excellent service . Food was absolutely delicious.. 10/10 will be coming back again with my beautiful fiancé. Being completely honest I have never had a more professional, honest, well presented server. Cam is the reason I go back and will continue to go back . # Team Cam all the way

  We always go to this location if we want to eat Montana’s and past visits were all good except for this last one. We booked for 11 people for early mothers day celebration as we want to avoid busy crowd. Server was nice and friendly got our drinks. My mom ordered wine Rosè and after her first sip she thought the drink was stale and taste weird. We told the server took our drink back to the bar and came back without the drink saying he cannot change it or so anything else so then we ended up asking for the drink back like why would you not return the drink if ur not switching it. We just said fine no worries. We then waited nicely for our meal. So my nephew orderd fajita, one server bought 2 fajita’s and said who’s fajita so my nephew took one and then she said who has this other one with guac and we’re like not ours and went away so were like ok fine. It started unorganized already so okay. We then get our food and server giving the orders to the wrong person like dont they write down their orders so they know whom orders what? Anyways we kept switching plates with one another. My order then comes and only got few little piece of brisket, the ribs were only like 3 bones and only 2 pcs of wings so then I asked and they obviously messed up the plate and acknowldge it was missing only 2 wings. So I got the extra 2 wings missing. Then the other order was supposed to be with onion rings came out with fries they took the plate back and changed it. While we appreciate them correcting the order, it was so chaotic of the switching plates missing items on the plate that kind of turns you off and looses ur appetite. Okay then so we all finally started eating but all of our meats were so dry! the briskette was dry, the ribs only has very little meat and overcooked, the beef rib was gummy it was not good. He came to check on us couple of times and gave us bucket for our bones when we were almost done eating and apologized for it being late. Anyways when my mom was paying server asked how the food was and we told them it was dry and all and he just apologized. We still gave him a 15% tip coz we not there to cause a scene. It was just dissapointing that all the mistakes and chaos uou would think they would at least throw a free dessert or a 5% discount or even a coupon for a free drink next time but there was none. Mind you we were very respectful considering all the mistakes. We probably won’t be coming back to this location. Hopefully when they read this review they can correct the way they cook their meats and the way they serve their customers.
