WORST Experience Here!! The ONLY employee I feel deserves a shout out is the kind student named Nico, taking orders. The rest of the staff is incredibly rude and pretty useless. In addition, the space is dirty!!

It's in a crammed parking lot and even worse drive-thru. Service is slow. They are definitely not in a rush for anything. I ordered a black coffee with no one else in the drive-thru and it was almost 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the window after I ordered. I mentioned it to the employee and I was ignored. One of my least favorite McDonald's

This was the worst McDonald’s service I have encountered. I chose dine-in with table service, yet no one attended to me or checked in. When I approached the billing area, the staff packed everything for takeout, omitted two items, and displayed a rude, careless attitude. Upon inspecting the meal, the chicken burger was poorly prepared—only buns and a patty, with nothing else included.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s. On my most recent visit, I waited over half an hour for just three decaf coffees. The employee’s shirt said “Riverfoods,” and they were quite rude when they insisted I pay an extra 47 cents for a barbecue sauce. This location also seems to run out of basic menu items far too often. Despite visiting regularly, they are frequently out of muffins and pies well before closing time, which is frustrating. Unfortunately, the combination of long wait times, poor customer service, and consistently unavailable menu items has made this location difficult to recommend. I would suggest considering another McDonald’s if you have the option.

I decided to spend a night in Oakville after having travelled back to the greater Toronto area from Winnipeg. It was a long day of travel, with a flight delay. Everyone on the plane sat on the plane, at the gate, for an additional half an hour before being able to deplane. It was a good call. I woke up on my last day of vacation at 11 am. Luckily, I had also established a late checkout at the hotel, which was 2 pm. I left at 1 pm because I was hungry and I had missed breakfast. I still wanted breakfast. I did a search for a local McDonald's and got this one. It's across from Farm Boy and near Big Bam Burger. I added the medium iced oat coffee offer to my QR code on the McDonald's app. I couldn't pay through the app because I had changed my e-mail address by creating a new McDonald's account. My payment methods were blacklisted. Luckily, they were lifted this weekend! I approached the drive-thru. You have to cut through the building through a tunnel. I can think of two similar McDonald's setups in Pickering and Richmond Hill. It's cool and different. I heard a female's voice over the speaker. She was nice. I rattled off my rewards code. She saw my iced coffee deal, so I ordered a medium iced oat coffee. I also got a sausage and egg McMuffin. She said that I could pull up to the window. At the window, I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. The same woman handed me my iced coffee. She said that I could pull into any spot in front of the eatery to get my McMuffin. It was nice sitting in my car, sipping on my iced oat coffee, on a warm, sunny afternoon. It was cold and yummy. It did take a while to get my McMuffin. I expected it to be the case, especially with a steady stream of customers. There were a few customers waiting in their vehicles for their food. I got a different woman who brought my food to me. She was sweet. I wished her a good day. She reciprocated. I decided to eat at Coronation Park, which was nearby. It was the perfect setting to have my McMuffin. The sausage and egg McMuffin hit the spot. It was yummy and satisfied my hunger pangs. The iced oat coffee helped wash it down. It was cool coming to this McDonald's that had a retro vibe to it. I loved my food and drink. I'd return when I'm in this area again.
