    Went through the drive through on July 4th between 10 and 10:15 pm. The lady at the second drive through window handed me my beverage extremely over full. As I spilt it on myself from how over full it was, she proceeded to laugh at me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I hope this lady gets fired for how horrible she treats her customers.

    Very poor service. Wrong price shows on order screen. Then charged double. And the brown bag didn’t have the full order. Second time in 4 weeks.

    Decent place overall, usually the location I go to when I'm in Oakville. Staff is pretty friendly and service is great except sometimes ordering directly from the counter takes a little time as it doesn't seem like there's one person dedicated to take orders at all times but most of the time it's not a long wait. Usually just order coffee and a muffin from there. Coffee tastes great and muffins are great too although if you get one in the evening, they may be a little stale but you can always heat them up. Rarely use the drive thru there but when I do it's always been pretty quick.

    I am writing to provide feedback regarding a very disappointing drive-thru experience at the 1500 Upper Middle Rd W location on jun Friday June 12 at around 12:10AM My experience with the female employee operating the drive-thru speaker was incredibly rude and rushed. I placed my order very politely, but she continuously cut me off by repeating "What else?" and "What do you want?" in an aggressive, impatient tone also i honestly i wanted to order more stuff but because of that have just order 2 meal and one single burger , she completely rushed the order and showed zero customer service skills and I wonder how like I went to a lot of other locations at night even I know it is frustrating sometime working that night late but doesn’t mean that we are like beggar to you . It was incredibly off-putting ! While the male employee at the pickup window was polite, the initial interaction ruined the experience. I hope management reviews who was operating the headsets at this time and provides them with proper customer service training.

    My coworker and I work nearby and have been regular customers at this McDonald’s for the past few years. Given what I’m about to write, you might wonder why we kept coming back, but we genuinely wanted to give this location opportunities to improve. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. 8 out of 10 times we try to order breakfast—whether through the app or the drive-thru, and well before the 11:00 a.m. breakfast cutoff—we’re told they’re out of key menu items. There have been at least 10 occasions where I placed a mobile order between 9:50 and 10:00 a.m., even using the “I’m already here” option well in advance so the order could be prepared before I arrived. Yet despite ordering and paying ahead, I’m repeatedly informed at the speaker or window that the items I ordered are unavailable. The only solution offered is to wait for the app to process a refund. This means I don’t get my food, I don’t get my money back immediately, and I waste a significant portion of my already short work break driving there and back for nothing. What’s most frustrating is that we’ve raised these concerns multiple times. We’ve spoken with store managers and repeatedly requested contact with the owner, but there has been no follow-up, no noticeable improvement, and no apparent effort to ensure enough breakfast items are available during the morning rush. At this point, it’s clear that our concerns aren’t being taken seriously. Since in-person feedback hasn’t led to any change, I’m leaving this review in hopes that it finally gets some attention. After giving this location many chances to improve, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. There are plenty of alternatives that seem better equipped to serve customers consistently and reliably.
