  Incompetence. Ordered the K Pop Demon hunter meal for my daughter, it's advertised as coming in a special K Pop box and K Pop Demon Hunter Photo cards. I received neither with my order. Either incompetent and forgot or scam advertised something they don't have in stock.

  My husband and I did a drive thru order here today. He ordered a coke and a Sundae. I ordered a Sprite Berry Blast. The large picture on the board outside did not reflect the “cold foam” on the drink (not that either my husband or I noticed) but when we got our order we asked what was on top of the drink the server said “cold foam” we asked if it was cream or dairy and she said no, no - its cold foam. Well it turns out it was dairy and I have a dairy sensitivity and now I am feeling rotten even after taking only one sip. I was not so sure when I tasted it and I did some research it turns it’s 2% dairy milk. Please train your staff better to prevent people getting sick.

  I was hungry, so I went in to buy a burger for breakfast, but I needed to pee. I asked them, “Please open the door, I need to use the bathroom.” There were three girls there; they called the manager, but no one opened the door for me. The girl there was very rude, very angry, and unreasonable. They have very bad customer service there, so probably no one goes in. I will never go there again, and I do not recommend anyone go there to buy anything.

  This McDonald’s location was very disappointing. When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the restroom, but it was locked. I asked an employee to open it, and they told me I had to place an order first. When I asked why, they said it was the manager’s policy. That is completely unreasonable. When someone needs to use the restroom, it should not depend on buying food first. This shows a lack of basic customer service and common sense. On top of that, I ordered a regular-size McFlurry, and it was only half full. Very poor quality and careless service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
