  D&B's is a great place to spend time with family. Lunch and games... 5 Stars definitely goes to Caitlyn our server. Very attentive, very friendly and she knows her job well. You can tell it's not just a job for her; but she truly enjoys her patrons and co-workers alike. The food was good, not really any complaints for taste...but the portions could certainly use a little help. 4 tiny chicken fingers not much bigger than a wing, french fries and was supposed to come with coleslaw but did not. The games room is quite fun. Some of the games were glitching but they quickly came to fix the error. All in all, the staff is incredible in every area and I would highly recommend this location.

  Dave and Busters Oakville is a blast for people of all ages. My younger cousins that I brought with me went CRAZY at the arcade with so many different games and activities for them to try. Such an AMAZING atmosphere. Of course we had to get some food. I ordered the Chicken Parm and was pleased with the quality of the food. I must give a HUGE shoutout to our server Caitlyn! She was a SUPERSTAR all day! She was a top tier server. Efficient in her work, making sure all orders were correct and taken in a timely manner. I couldn’t decide what to get and Caitlyn was the one who suggested my previously mentioned chicken parm! She was so kind and so helpful!

  The experience we had at Dave’s and busters was by far the most amazing experience due to our server Ricky he was very friendly and answered all our questions as we have some dietary Restrictions in our group. He would come back throughout the meal, checking on us and making sure everything was up to our standards. We will be returning to Dave & Buster’s and hoping to be served by Ricky. He put a smile on my child’s face as he made conversation regarding the ducks that he win in the game. Thank you again Ricky More then 5 star

  Came for a double date night and everything seemed to be going great until I went to the bar to order food for takeout. I asked for the chicken breast that comes on the Caesar salad without the salad. Unfortunately the chicken I got was not the one that comes on the salad. When I told the bartender that I ordered it with that it was wrong and I wanted the one that came on the salad, I was told that I need to be more specific and then she proceeded to get very defensive and rude. If I ever come back, I hope to never have another interaction with her. I’m still mind boggled with the interaction.

  We had a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster’s in Oakville! We were especially impressed with the staff and management. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We had an issue with one of the games, but the staff responded and handled the situation quickly. We were even compensated for the game, which showed us that they want everyone to have a great experience. The food was also served quickly and was surprisingly delicious! Everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly what we needed during a fun family outing. Overall, the combination of great service, good food, and a fun atmosphere made this a wonderful experience. It’s clear that the team at this location takes pride in providing good customer service. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Oakville Dave & Buster’s for a fun family day!
