There are some major foundational issues as outlined by some of the other reviews, but focusing the review on the food - Protein servings are scant. Rice is under cooked. Fajita veggies included a full quarter of a bell pepper rather than sliced. Anything that the restaurant can control, they mess up. Corporate provided salsas taste great though.

There are other players in the space doing a better job nowadays. Chipotle used to be superb. Holding out one day they'll find their way back.

When I ask for lettuce, I get 2 tablespoons worth of lettuce on my bowl, its a joke and it’s the same for every other portion. Beans, Vegetables, Whatever. I can’t Uber Eats this ever again because I know I’m gonna have a burrito that’s a quarter full of what it used to be. I hope management sees this and teaches the workers to give proper portions again And then I’ll raise the review back up.

The biggest issue was that they didn't tell us they were out of guacamole until we reached the checkout to pay. They said it would take another hour to prepare. What made it even more frustrating was that I could clearly see guacamole available for online orders. When I asked if they could use that for our order, they simply refused without offering any explanation. There were 6–7 employees working, yet the dining area and tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location. There are much better locations nearby in Oakville that provide better food quality and customer service.
