Clear communication and reliable service are essential components of a positive interaction between a business and its patrons. It is understandable to feel concerned when there is uncertainty regarding a recent financial transaction. When promises are made regarding a return of funds, one expects a consistent and transparent process to follow. It can be quite frustrating when the individuals on-site are unable to verify the status of such a commitment. . Ensuring that your personal information remains secure should always be considered a top priority in these situations. So, if, you read this, you should know you should order your food from any other store, not this one where they will send you raw food and promise to do a refund based on their lack of service and still not process anything.

I ordered the chicken and rib Thanksgiving combo with an extra side order of coleslaw. I received the stuffing, cranberry sauce however I did not receive the quarter chicken white meat. I called the main number and they said they could give me a credit, would not send to me by email a confirmation of the credit and said I go online and verify while on the phone with the Rep the credit did not show up. I have no idea if I have in fact received the credit. However while I was eating my ribs and baked potato, I discovered that in addition to not receiving the quarter white meat chicken, I did not receive the side order of coleslaw that I was charged $3.79 for plus taxes and then the tip on top of that. Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of quality control on the handling of the orders and then the rep who answers the phone by the name of "Ren" that is all he would give me.

I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t be waiting around and ended up waiting over 20 minutes past the pick up time for my order. Apparently they hadn’t cooked enough chicken which is ironic since it is a chicken restaurant. I felt sorry for the bloke at the cash as he was juggling several jobs and apologizing profusely to customers. I don’t think the managers are managing there. I called the help number at Swiss Chalet to express my displeasure and they merely forwarded my call to the store that kept going unanswered. Will have to drive further to another location in the future!
