  2nd time I ordered via delivery app, BOGO. First one was cold cut. Today it was a seafood sub. The portions are very slim, so it's pretty much bread (greek style whatever bread, in the image, it has some sporadic sprinkling of something... Greek?). I could have made this miself for a fraction of the cost. Mr. Sub has gone down the drain after MTY took over. I miss Mr. Submarine. Skimming through the bad reviews (quite a lot) because any good review for this location are sus: New owners = cheapskates. This is happening consistently with delivery app BOGO orders (going extremely cheap on the portions). Staff are unhygienic when preparing the food (enjoy their germs, 4-5 star reviewers, well everyone, including myself). The staff there are slow and rude. Not worth your money. Corporate pretty much pastes the same surface layer apology reply. Go to the Warden & 14th one, if you must.

  Very disappointed. I ordered a small sub. They only put 1/2 a slice of cheese and 2 pieces of tomatoes! I asked for extra cheese and I was charged $1.49 for another 1/2 a slice of cheese!!

  Bread was stale, chicken wasn’t fresh and tasted flavourless, very little veggie toppings and sauces. It was soooo dry. I haven’t had Mr Sub in so long so we decided to drop by to pick up some dinner. Will not be returning. Subway is better and Jersey Mike’s is top notch.

  I go here maybe once a year, and every time I do I’m reminded why I never go here. They microwave everything and it’s still cold. The vegetables are mushy. The service is bad, like I m bothering them. The interior is dark and grungy. Charged me as extra cheese for regular cheese. I have no idea how this location stays open.
