  Popped into Montana's Windsor on Walker Rd last Friday with the wife and honestly the half-rack ribs were unreal — fall-off-the-bone, smoky, drowning in that bourbon BBQ sauce. Server Kayla kept our pints topped up without us even asking. Love the cabin vibe with the crayons on the table too. Solid spot, eh? We'll be back.

  Hit up Montana's on Dougall last Friday night with the wife and honestly, best ribs I've had in Windsor hands down. Got the full rack with the Wild West BBQ sauce, fall-off-the-bone good. Server Madison was a sweetheart, kept the Stella coming. Loud, fun vibe with the country tunes. We'll be back fr sure.

  On Wednesday night, I decided to come to Montana’s since I hadn’t been in a while, but unfortunately it ended up being one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Our server was Nia, and while I understand everyone can have off days, the service and overall attitude felt very cold and unwelcoming throughout the evening. When we were placing our orders, we often felt rushed and interrupted, as he repeatedly cut us off to ask if there was “anything else” before we had fully finished speaking. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and inattentive. To make matters worse, the food was disappointing as well. I ordered the chicken wings, and they seemed refried because they were very hard and difficult to bite into. The fries were also lacking in quality and taste. The only item we truly enjoyed was the ribs. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience at Montana’s before, which is why this visit was so surprising and disappointing. At this point, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, or possibly even Montana’s in general.

  The service here was terrible. Took my mom here for mothers day she is a stroke survivor and they didnt accomodate her disability. With a reservation no less. We said we are going to leave and the manager said "where are you going to go its mothers day you wont find somewhere". Can you imagine how rude this can be with a disabled elderly person. If I could leave a 0 star across the board I would. Montanas needs to get their act together.

  Me and my husband last night decided to try this location of Montanas as we decided to come here for a date night. The front hostess was amazing very friendly and we got to our seat and were excited for great service. As we waited for a few minutes our waitress named “Keara” approached us she wrote down her name on the table no smile or anything. She didn’t give us any kind of recommendation for any drinks or appetizers. Once she asked what we wanted to drink I tried to give her my order while in the middle of my sentence she completely cut me off. Also my husband wanted a pitcher of beer and immediately told him he couldn’t have it because it’s only for “2 people” she didn’t even bother asking if we wanted to share it or not. So he got a different size instead as she then rushed us to place an appetizer order. Eventually we ordered some nachos which were great food was amazing but my husband had asked for more salsa for the chips as I had ordered a margarita. I get the bartender was busy so the drink took a bit longer but it took her over 10 minutes to get his salsa for his chips even though she went back into the kitchen multiple times. when she came back to drop off my drink I asked if she could grab the salsa again she cut me off with “yup” and rushed off. While we were going to order the main courses we were very disgusted With the service as we were no longer interested in eating. We stayed to watch last nights basketball game and as we were ready to go we had some left over nachos. she didn’t even offer us a box to take it home and didn’t give us even enough time to ask for a box without continuing to rush off. And while we used the machine to pay she was like “have a good day” again no eye contact to smile or anything then as I was looking at my copy at the receipt she came back to me and was said “oh that’s my copy.” I handed the receipt to her she looked at it and said”never mind.” I usually don’t make any kind of posts like this but that was thee absolute worst service that me and my husband have received. Also we more than likely will not be back until something is done about this. My husband is a very generous tipper but we only tipped her a $5 on a $81 bill because based on service like that we will not tip generously on bad service. I have been in this food industry for 6 years I would be ashamed to act like this. So to the management who will see this I hope u fix the issue with this person!
