  Swung by the North York Mickey D's on my lunch break and was in and out in like four minutes. Got the McChicken combo, fries were hot and crispy, Coke was actually cold for once. Same taste I've had since I was a kid. Can't beat it for the price, honestly. Solid spot when you're rushing.

  I had a bad experience at the McDonald’s on Don Mills Road in North York. One of the female staff members was very rude and showed poor behavior toward customers. Customer service should be respectful and professional, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the service experience for customers i just visited here this time. I do not know why such a standard business has lower class employees notably.

  I visited this location recently and had a very uncomfortable experience regarding the restrooms. There were a group of teenagers loitering inside, and it appeared they were using e-cigarettes. Their presence was intimidating, and they only left once another customer entered after me. Restrooms should be monitored more frequently by staff to prevent these areas from becoming 'hangout spots' that make paying customers feel unsafe or unwelcome. I strongly suggest increasing the frequency of routine checks to ensure both hygiene and a comfortable environment for everyone

  Popped into McDonald's North York on my lunch break and was in and out in under five minutes. Big Mac combo hit the spot like always — fries hot, Coke cold, no surprises. Honestly nothing beats the value when you're rushing between meetings. Staff were quick and friendly too. My go-to spot, never lets me down.

  I always come here and there’s no ice cream, the machine never works so don’t expect them to have ice cream. Also the workers are rude and have attitude, especially the filipino employee, he always seems to have a bad attitude and rude to customers. The female manager is also rude, she yells at her employees and has a nasty attitude to customers. The inside is dirty but the aesthetic is there. Overall, I wouldn't expect them to have ice creams or shakes, food is okay, but expect some attitude from employees.
