  Very disappointed with the recent changes, They removed the self serve drink station, took away refills, and now hand you a single paper cup of bland, watered down soda from behind the counter. What’s the point of charging standard fountain prices for zero refills and mediocre tasting drinks? You’re better off skipping this place and yeah I’m not going back there! So sad

  The attitude is not needed with my food. They need to teach their girls how to speak to customers. Not tell them to SHUTUP, and WHATEVER.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I simply asked a question because I was unfamiliar with the menu. I mentioned “Taco Bell” since I have never had it before and didn’t know the correct name. My 6yrs son suggested it, so I asked what it was. Instead of helping me, the staff member kept correcting me in a repetitive and dismissive way, saying, “You mean taco,” and raising her eyebrow as if I had made a big mistake. I explained that I didn’t know, but her attitude remained the same. As a customer, I should feel comfortable asking questions, especially when I’m trying something new. This kind of behavior felt unprofessional and made me feel embarrassed for no reason. I hope the staff can be more patient and respectful toward customers in the future. She said her name is Neha but it take at least 2 minutes to say so.
