And when we opted for the spicy chicken, we got a stale one that seems like has been reheated multiple times already.

Finally manage to get someone on the phone who could barely explain to me that apparently the Uber driver accepted my order but then cancelled, effectively robbing me of $75. Instead of calling me or redoing the order, I had to call multiple times to try and figure out a solution which in the end just ended up being easier to cancel. This is apparently a regular occurrence which shouldn’t be the problem of the customer. So now I’m trying to figure out if I even got my money back and can’t get a hold of anyone is support. What a scam. Unprofessional and rude. Stay away.
