  Zero star if possible, this location is just ridiculous and unprofessional, KFC headquarters should take off this store from their franchise

  If I had a star less than one I would give it to this kfc location, and the service sucks especially from the employee in this picture below he threaten me and show me the middle finger several times because I ask him to change the burnt out dry chicken, and I try to order a drink at the counter because apparently drinks do not come with the meals at this location. This is so disappointing for a kfc location. I would never set foot back in that place.

  Again the service of those ladies is so terrible I can't believe just for 3 pc chicken I had to wait more than 30 minutes even if I order in the kiosko, always saying excuses. My name disappeared from the screen and they didn't know about my order

  This location is so ghetto. Customer Service sucks and now they only use the automated kiosk system, which has issues as I ordered items and the employee is telling me that they never got an order for those specific items on their system. They only received half the order. They told me to return to the kiosk and pay again. I said why can’t you just cash me out at the cash register considering the system is obviously having issues. They keep saying oh we can’t we can’t, We don’t have a cashier please go use the kiosk. How can someone use the kiosk if it is clearly malfunctioning??? This place has serious issues and I would not recommend. Everything these days is automated nobody wants to actually work a real job anymore. I should not have to place an order twice and pay twice because of computer malfunctions. After I paid, an elder gentleman / customer came in, and he was unable to use the kiosk because he could not see the screen as he had vision issues. The employee refused to cash him out at the cash register. He kept telling him to use the kiosk. News flash, not all elderly people are able to use such technology. You guys are messed up. This location is terrible

  Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. This place operates like they make up their own hours. They will literally close whenever they feel like it, regardless of the posted hours or whether customers are still there trying to make purchases. They also turn off the payment machines, so you can’t even properly pay for your items. How is a business supposed to operate like this? Every time I come here, there seems to be some kind of problem. And the attitudes from the staff make the experience even worse. Nobody wants to help, nobody wants to take responsibility, and they treat customers like we’re bothering them by simply expecting basic customer service. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in customer service. This place seriously needs better management, better communication, and employees who actually understand what professionalism means. I would NOT recommend this place. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere that actually values its customers.
