- SRSherry RaisiAug 17, 20261.0DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC AT We just ordered 3 pieces of chicken (2 legs and 1 strip) with fries. She charged us for a 3-piece combo but gave us small fries and no drink, and she didn’t even bother to let us know that we could order 3 different pieces and could make it a combo with a drink and regular fries! When right away I went back to ask how it worked, she explained it to me but didn’t even offer to change my order. Very ignorant and poor customer service! So, we ended up going to another restaurant and paying an additional $4 for a drink. She may have saved the cost of one drink and a regular fries, but she lost a customer and damaged her restaurant’s reputation. ON TOPNOF THAT , the chicken was overcooked on the outside but still raw inside, which was very disappointing and concerning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC AT ALL!
