Asides from that I've experienced some of the worst customer service twice at this location having workers rush my orders inhumanely, forgetting to ask for any sauces and many more inconveniences, the list goes on. I genuinely avoid this location at all costs since any other Chick-Fil-A in Toronto is at least 10x more professional and more pleasant to go to. I highly advise the manager to take a look at the environment and see what can be improved so that customers don’t feel unwelcome.

I came in to pick up my order through Mobile Pickup and stood there for about five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The staff could clearly see that I was standing there, yet they acted as if I simply wasn’t there. When someone finally acknowledged me, instead of receiving a simple apology or even a basic explanation, I was met with smirks and an extremely dismissive attitude. When I pointed out that I had been standing there for five minutes, there was no proper response and absolutely no sense of accountability. Is this really the standard of customer service you expect customers to accept? Mobile Pickup is supposed to make the ordering process faster and more convenient. If a customer places an order in advance, comes in to pick it up, and then has to stand around waiting for staff to even acknowledge them, what is the point of having Mobile Pickup? Unfortunately, this is not the only thing that has become disappointing. The food seems to be getting worse and worse, and the service is going downhill at the same time. The staff appears slow, inattentive, and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. What is especially frustrating is the attitude. Mistakes and delays can happen anywhere, but ignoring customers, acting annoyed, and then responding with smirks when the customer points out the problem is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner or manager actually reads this review and takes it seriously. This does not feel like an isolated incident anymore. It feels like the overall quality of both the food and customer service is declining. If management genuinely cares about this business and its reputation, it is time to seriously address staff training, efficiency, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. At this point, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on this level of service, I would think twice before ordering from here again.
