- CCChioma6 days ago1.0I was attended to by Guneel, she seemed absent minded and uninterested during our whole interaction. She paused in the middle of taking my order to chat with her coworker for a few minutes then came back, she didn’t excuse herself first and offered no apology or acknowledgment of the fact that a customer had been waiting for her. It wasn’t busy in there but food took so long to come because of the constant chatting and no sense of urgency with taking or fulfilling orders. Guneel also forgot to give me my receipt even as it was right in front of her, I had to just take it from the countertop. I heard Guneel interacting with another gentleman while I waited for my food and she was being quite unkind and unnecessarily rude to him. These are not behaviours that a good customer service rep should be exhibiting.

Isaac made sure i’m never going back to being vegetarian. Promote this man. He gave me a cookie. For free. Will be a future customer for a long long time
