They say the manager of this location is yet to attend to my case/ is not responding, for over a month? This is incredibly unacceptable!! My issue still has not been resolved, despite calling almost every day this week. it's so unfair to go through all this just because I patronized your location. Is this how Chick Fil A treats their customers after claiming "Chick Fil A cares"??

Unfortunately on August 3, they permanently shut down online ordering from their website and only had to use the app. So I did that, ordered in advance, and got my food at the pickup window outside. The woman who gave me my order was very kind, friendly and had a smile when I asked her for my mobile pickup order. The sandwich was tasty, the waffle fries were seasoned perfectly, and the drink was nice and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff who made my meal, even though I didn't go inside the restaurant unfortunately. I will come back again for sure in the future. 👌👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
