  I've been coming here for years and this burger king as the best tasting foods other burger king franchises can't compare they serve amazingly delicious food also be mindful to be extra precise when ordering your food they may get your order wrong at the drive through so always check your order before you leave but this doesn't take away from how good the food is here

  I was at this BK location earlier this evening. There were a few ladies at the front one was named Ann and there was another cashier. Both gossiping, laughing while the customers were waiting. Speaking a different language and don't understand English whatsoever very horrible experience. I had to wait so long. Hire staff that can communicate atleast.

  Very poor service, the front counter ladies works like snails, keep laughing with each other gossiping with each other meanwhile everyone waiting for order, uber pick took 40 minutes to pick up. Seriously very poor service and cant even understand English, customer skills. Asked again for order and started yelling on me. Dont have sense how to talk woth customer.

  I made a complaint about the non melted cheese on my whopper with cheese which wasn’t even on the patty. I then get called from them saying I can get a refund. I told them I don’t have the receipt because I never got one but then told them that I had the transaction on my phone. The person said that’s fine and to go over and talk to anyone and I’ll get my refund. I go there the next day and then they are confused about if someone called about a refund, saying none of the managers there knew about it. Idk why u can say ask anyone there about the refund and then no one knows about it. They said I couldn’t get a refund since I don’t have the receipt. Honestly wasted my time and made me feel stupid.
