  I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I clearly requested to add sauces and remove the vegetables, and I was even told that the changes had been made. However, when I received my order, none of my instructions were followed—no sauces were added and the vegetables were still there. This shows a lack of attention to customer requests and poor quality control. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you specifically asked for. Based on this experience, I’m not satisfied with the service at all and would not recommend it.

  I ordered online and was there waiting before they had even started making it which was totally fine but while waiting one worker had to restart my sub because he couldn't follow simple special instructions. He proceeded to talk shit to another customer about how people shouldn't be allowed to type paragraphs for special instructions and complained to customers about how busy it was and overall seemed like a miserable person. If you considered that short sentence a paragraph maybe you should leave your minimum wage job literally making sandwich's and go back to school. Usually have a great experience here but this one person was rude. ps THIS is a paragraph.
