I had already placed my order through the Subway app. When I arrived, I politely asked him to prepare it since I was getting late for work. Even though there were no other customers waiting, he told me he needed to complete other tasks first because the app showed a 10-minute wait time. I explained that I was already there in person and in a hurry, but he continued to ignore my request. What concerned me most was his tone and manner of speaking, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that staff may have procedures to follow, but basic courtesy and respect toward customers are very important. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you.

There was a clear lack of basic customer service—poor attitude, and no effort to resolve concerns. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, but this visit felt the opposite. Management seriously needs to address staff training and ensure customers are treated properly. I won’t be returning to this location unless there are noticeable improvements.
