  Ordered the Mr beef and the guy pulls out cold meat and a Tupperware of cold broth and dunks it then I ask for the sauté onions and he puts extra hot peppers on and I tried to tell him I wanted onion and green peppers not extra hot peppers and he just added them so the sub was so hot I couldn’t eat it. There’s definitely a language barrier there and lack of training. Oh as bd $49 for two ppl. Ouch

  A simple sandwich turns into 15 mins of not knowing what goes on it. And then turns into cross contamination. My sub was placed on an old piece of parchment paper covered in onions and peppers, then toasted. Just gross. The employees had no idea what they were doing. It’s a sandwich, how hard is it to make a sandwich? They were not helpful, staring at me as if I’m in the wrong for asking if they are going to put the right things on my sandwich. Just ridiculous. I’ve never been so disappointed in a sandwich maker. Makes me laugh. Just try harder, just a little more effort would go so much further. Thanks for the 50$ subs. Seems to be a premium price for a not so premium product.

  The food was fine! Tasted good enough, service was friendly enough. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the store itself needs a good clean.

  Horrible food handling. Watched the staff take 2 slices of turkey that was touching ham on my sandwich off of the sandwich and put it directly back in with the rest of the turkey . When I asked him why and pointed out that was now contaminated turkey he scoffed, spoke to his manager in another language and the manager did nothing either. Not sure why I go back ever.
