  Had a great experience at Montana’s BBQ & Bar in North Bay! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Brisket burger was extremely tender, the wings were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, making it a great spot for a family dinner or a night out with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Definitely one of my go-to restaurants in North Bay when I’m craving comfort food and great service!

  Amber our waitress went above and beyond for us. She is always looking on us to see if everything is good, do we need anything else, etc... Amber is always smiling and very polite. Thank you for making my birthday amazing.

  The French fries were not hot the ribs were not that great and the wings and ribs were cold we had to wait forever for the meal and mine was not even hot and I waited the longest anyway I will not be going back all that money and I could have made myself a nice hot meal for a lot cheaper

  Our server was incredibly inappropriate! We not only watched him making inappropriate jokes a couple tables away but then when he was helping us he seemed a little over the top but that's okay. It's not our place to say anything about that it reminded me of a carnival which normally I would say okay good for them but this was just too much. My husband and my two kids were with me. I went to pay debit using my phone and when I held my phone out to pay he made the humping gesture using the debit machine at my phone and kept repeating. Oh yeah oh yeah. I honestly was so shocked and didn't know how to respond to it. Yes, it's funny to a point but give me a break. My kids were there and my husband was there which even he was absolutely speechless at what just happened.

  Our server, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic. He was personal, really easy to deal with and a very pleasant person. The manager, Armaan, was the exact opposite. Their (trying to call him this with a straight face) cook in the kitchen served me half cooked fish twice. The first piece was so raw i wondered if the fish had just been skinned. The second time the fish was half raw again and the fries were luke warm at best and dried out, which means that rather than serve fresh fries (with the second half raw piece of fish) the (laughably called) cook chose instead to place the fries under the heat lamp to dry out and get cold. When the manager came over he couldn't have cared less. His comment was "I hear you didn't like your fish". I pointed out to him that it was half raw, the batter was half raw and he just did not care. He didn't apologize, nothing. So i flat out stated I wasn't paying for that. You need to replace management and all of the cooks in the kitchen because it is a clown show. The only saving grace was our server, Jamie. We are never coming back as long as that manager Amaan is there and the cook that served us is in the kitchen.
