    Went here at 530 am, no staff. Stood for 10 minutes inside, didn't see a single person. I could have robbed the store blind.

    I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s this morning. I ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cream, and when I started drinking it, I noticed there were a lot of strange residues sitting at the bottom of the cup. It was very unpleasant and honestly concerning. I went back politely to let the staff know about the issue, expecting proper customer service and a simple replacement. Instead, I was treated very poorly by the manager. She seemed rude and dismissive about the entire situation, as if the problem was somehow my fault. She made me another iced coffee, but once again, there were residues in the drink. On top of that, the replacement drink didn’t even have the extra cream I specifically asked and paid for. When I mentioned it, the manager insisted she added it, but it was obvious she didn’t. The second coffee tasted completely different and was nowhere near the same as the original order. This experience showed absolutely zero customer service. Instead of handling the complaint professionally and respectfully, the manager made the situation worse with her attitude. Customers should not have to argue just to receive a clean drink made correctly. Hygiene, quality, and customer service should be basic standards at any restaurant, especially at a major chain like McDonald’s. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I will definitely think twice before visiting this location again. Picture of the second drink I got still residues at the bottom
