  Where do I begin. Always top quality sandwiches. Always fast and polite staff. This location doesn't lack on mayo either. Only thing that would make this establishment perfect would be a washroom.

  Had a really good experience at KFC! Gurpreet was super friendly, polite, and helpful. She had a great attitude and made the whole experience even better. Really appreciate the great customer service from her! 😊🍗

  My experience was excellent here. I got excellent customer service by Gurpreet.She is very friendly and showed me positive attitude.Her service was really quick .Everytime I go there I feel very grateful by her service. I will recommend everyone to visit here

  I visited the KFC on Algonquin about two weeks ago, and I just had to leave a review to highlight the incredible staff working that day. While I was waiting, a customer ahead of me at the counter was being unnecessarily rude and dismissive, making the atmosphere quite tense. The customer repeatedly interrupted the staff member mid-sentence with exaggerated "Huh? What?" remarks, acting as though they couldn't understand the employee, even though the employee spoke perfectly clearly and the other customers and I had zero trouble understanding the employee at all. As the customer lingered and tried to sort out their payment, they continued to treat the worker with an unwarranted lack of respect. However, the crew behind the counter handled the entire interaction with absolute grace, patience, and professionalism. They stayed completely warm, sweet, and composed, refusing to match the negativity for a single second. It was amazing to see the employees go above and beyond to maintain a positive atmosphere, especially when dealing with difficult moments that could have warranted them to kindly ask the customer to leave. On top of the stellar customer service, the food was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. A massive shoutout to the amazing team working that day, you guys are absolute rockstars and deserve all the recognition for keeping your cool and being kind when the person in front of them wasn't giving the same respect.
