  Had new zinger today. Gave old patty in it. So hard too eat, to cover the old patty they put too much of mayo but patty so hard. Disappointing that why people dont go there anymore food quality has gone so much down of this location.

  Stale bun. Cold leathery french fries. My water got left behind. It wasn't in the bag or pulled into the order, so I forgot it. This is rock bottom. The sandwich was supposed to be a "deluxe" with lettuce, tomato and cheese. There was 3 shreds of lettuce. The tomato was razor thin, and a pinkish white colour. I just threw $20 dollars into the garbage. This is shameful for how bad food and take out has become in Canada. Like as if absolutely nobody cares about anything they do in their jobs.

  Ramanty Samplay made my visit to KFC a wonderful experience. She was very polite, friendly, and took my order with a warm smile. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Her positive attitude really stood out and made everything better. Excellent service and great food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I recently purchased chicken from KFC, and I had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good just what I expected. I would especially like to appreciate the staff member, Romanty Samplay, for providing excellent customer service. They were polite, friendly, and made sure my order was handled smoothly and quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the food and the service. I’ll definitely visit again!

  I had a very frustrating experience at KFC while doing a DoorDash delivery around noon on April 20. I followed the DoorDash procedure by arriving at the location and marking “arrived” when I reached the parking lot. Right after that, I received a call from DoorDash because the customer wanted to change the delivery address, which caused a short delay of about 3 minutes before I could go inside. When I entered, a staff member told me not to mark “arrived” until I was physically inside. I politely agreed and told her I would be more careful next time. I also explained the reason for the short delay and mentioned that I would keep it in mind going forward. After that, the situation escalated unnecessarily. When she raised her voice, I explained that I usually wait 10–15 minutes here, sometimes even 25–30 minutes, for orders to be ready, and I never complain about it. But this time, I was being questioned over a delay of only about 3 minutes caused by a DoorDash customer address change. I also want to be clear—I don’t work for KFC. I work for a delivery platform, and how I update my status in the app is part of my job with DoorDash, not something the restaurant needs to control. Even though the order was already ready, the interaction became rude and unprofessional. She forcefully snatched the food order from my hand and told me to cancel it. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. This is also not the first time I’ve seen delivery drivers treated poorly at this location, which is disappointing.
