- PLPat Lagace1 day ago5.0As usual, North Bay's Harvey's/Swiss Chalet Restaurant left me feeling full, happy and appreciated as a customer. The staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. My favourite Harvey's cheeseburger was grilled to perfection and the fries were hot and delicous. While I ate in the restaurant, I ordered a Swiss Chalet meal to go (for my sister) and the staff kept it hot under the heating lamp until I finished my burger. Great service and great food!
- AMArianne Macphail3 days ago1.0Came in around 7:30pm. There was one person who was ordering in front of me. Other than what I believe were two skip orders waiting, it wasn’t overly busy. (These orders ended up being Swiss chalet food) The lady who took the previous customers order ended up walking away to grab a few things, no big deal. But me standing there 5 min later still not having been helped was starting to get slightly annoyed. There was a younger man working as well, but the poor guy was working drive thru, the counter to dress your burgers and then now to help me. No managers helping in sight, they cared more about Swiss chalet side then the Harvey’s side and one team member was on break. The woman ended up leaving the guy on he’s own for a few minutes at one point while there was a line up of 5 other people behind me who still hadn’t ordered. 10 min in, still no food.At one point a manager comes around the corner to yell over the whole restaurant that the team gave out the wrong order and to verify it’s right… well maybe if you helped the team during rush hour, the mistakes wouldn’t happen? The team was clearly struggling. Perhaps the person who was bagging the online orders could hand out the online orders rather than take the service team members away from the customer that walk in? Things could’ve been handled better and the manager yelling just made me decide to write a review which I never do.

- JJJudySep 23, 20265.0Stopped in on way to Kirkland lake, to get burger. The poor guy at counter was going threw hell, the couple in ft of us had issues. So he had to fix this. Then had take out orders. Then us. Our food was absolutely delicious, but i felt bad for him. It was around 7 730, so koodos to you. Who ever you are. Yes it took a while but it is worth the wait. I got a hot dog, and my friend got bacon cheese burger. Was delicious. Yes will return. Well maybe not in North Bay. As it is many hrs from home
