Before I could place my order, the staff spent over 10 minutes arguing with another customer. After placing my order, I waited for more than 30 minutes, while customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. I understand that the restaurant can be busy, but this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope KFC will look into this incident and address the issue with the staff.
