- SCSanjay Chawla3 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I’ve been to this Taco Bell drive-thru 3 times recently, and every single time my Spicy Potato Soft Taco was served cold. The tortilla was ice cold, not warm at all. The first time I ignored it, but after that I even asked the staff to heat it properly. They said they would, but clearly they didn’t. The fries were also cold from the inside. Nobody wants cold tacos and cold fries, especially when paying full price. It honestly feels like they rush orders without caring about quality. And the fries didn’t even seem like Taco Bell fries, they looked exactly like KFC fries. This location seriously needs to improve food quality and consistency. Sadly, this will be my last visit
- ESEmma SouliereMay 10, 20261.0this is the ONLY taco bell location i’ve been to that has this problem. every. single. time. i come to this location my wrap is stuck to the wrapper. i live VERY close to this tacobell & my bf & i will STILL go across town to the other one because this one is so bad. i haven’t ordered from here and not had my taco stick to the wrapper. idk what they’re doing wrong but it’s insane to have it happen 100% of the time.

You will have to fight for your order, the supervisor is unreasonable and took a month of me messaging taco bell Canada to finally get my money back. Then they will send crappy cold food and not offer any compensation. Stay clear

My first one was great, my second one was absolutely disgusting. there was a weird, hard chunk of beef that wasn’t even hot inside my food. There was also two burnt fries that don’t even go into the Nacho Supreme Fries. This is unacceptable. What if i hadn’t notice this mysterious beef fragment and broken my teeth??
