She provided exceptional service—she was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm smile and positive attitude truly made our dining experience special. The food was also delicious, fresh, and served perfectly. Everything tasted great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. - CCchristineSep 23, 20264.0Not having a Swiss Chalet in New York anymore is so unfair. Very glad I can just take a drive over the border and have that same food I grew up loving. I will usually get my fiancé a half chicken dinner to go. I order extra chalet sauce too. My only complaint is that I barely see any french fries in his meal. I would think they could give a little bit more. My plate always has a good amount when I dine in. Other than that the place is clean and food is great.

She was really busy but she served with smile, quick, kind and were very efficient. We had wonderful experience. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in making my brother's birthday sooo special. Osly is a great human being, loves her job and a great asset to Swiss Chalet. Keep up the great work. Overall experience was excellent and Osly was phenomenal. We will definitely visit this Swiss Chalet when back in Niagara Falls and recommend to family and friends. Thank you once again Osly
- DBDarrin BSep 20, 20265.0Stopped in with friends for an early dinner and catch up. The whole vibe of the restaurant was inviting and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the restaurant. It's hard to explain the Chalet Sauce...but the Sauce!! I could drink it straight from the ramekin it's served in. Just as I remembered when the Chalet was in Downtown Buffalo AGES ago! Maybe gravy, but I taste acid from tomato, or vinegar, and a little bite of horseradish. Nobody else has anything comparable. Thank you for a great meal!
