  Amazing experience at Subway! The tuna sandwich was absolutely perfect — fresh, tasty, and made really well. The employees were very kind, welcoming, and nice throughout the whole visit. Great service and great food. Definitely coming back!

  We stopped into this Subway location at the end of April and the woman working (I did not get her name unfortunately) was very sweet and made us some delicious subs. I wish I had thought to get her name because she was a memorable person. Serving the public can be daunting to say the least and she was met with a street person that needed change and treated her with respect and kindness that did not go unnoticed. Well done and thank you for the great service.

  Walked in and was greeted by Indian Woman #1 who was initially kind and smiley. The entire interaction started when I told Woman #1 to give me “as much chicken as she could” in a friendly way to which she smiled and chuckled. Following this a rude Woman came out and began arguing with me and insulting me for 30 minutes to the point where another man (who was very kind respect to him and seemed like he had been through this before) finished serving my food. Woman was very rude, and terrible attitude. Can’t even believe she’s allowed to work there. 2 stars for the kind gentleman.

  Good Subway Restaurant at Niagara Falls. Staff are good and cooperative. Only one staff member managing everything in the store. There was no car parking available at this branch, only pick up and drop was possible on the road on casual days without rush. There were no seating arrangements at this restaurant.

  I had a great experience at the Subway at Fallsview in Niagara Falls. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted really good. What made the visit even better was the excellent service from Roba, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be served with such a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!
