  We placed an order for two large pizzas: one pepperoni and bacon bits, and one pepperoni and green olives. We also ordered a bottle of Pepsi, a bottle of Sprite, and blue cheese dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the second pizza, second drink, and dipping sauce were all incorrect. We received a pepperoni and green pepper pizza instead of pepperoni and green olives, Mountain Dew instead of Sprite, and garlic dipping sauce instead of blue cheese. What made this situation especially serious is that my 9-year-old son is allergic to bell peppers, meaning he could not safely eat the pizza that was delivered to us. We called the store to report the mistake, expecting a simple correction. Instead, we were met with an incredibly hostile and disrespectful response. The “senior” representative insisted that we had ordered green peppers on a “recorded line,” which I know is not what we ordered. She then told us that in order to receive a replacement pizza, we would have to return the incorrect pizza. When I asked what they intended to do with the returned pizza, she told me it would be resold. When I pointed out my concern that this would be a serious health and safety issue, she responded by asking why we had even opened the pizza box in the first place. The entire interaction was completely unacceptable. I repeatedly asked her to stop talking over me, yet she continued. At that point, we became uncomfortable with the idea of receiving another pizza from the store and ultimately told them not to send a replacement. Now I’m left wondering: were we actually delivered freshly prepared pizzas, or did we receive someone else’s incorrect/refunded order? Either way, the way this situation was handled was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable—especially when a child’s food allergy was involved. Ew. Do better Papa John’s!

  These guys lucky I didn't do a charge back on my credit card. Ordered two pizzas - sent one completely wrong - sent the wrong drink - didn't send my dipping sauce. Girl on the phone says our calls are recorded and I did in fact order green peppers not green olives but then I said you got two other things wrong too and didn't know how to respond to me. Was rude. Didn't apologize - then had the audacity to return the other pizza when the new pizza comes so she can resell it if needed or dispose of it. Didn't feel comfortable even getting another pizza from the store. What a joke. Do NOT order from Here.

  We were 16 people family came for dine in. It was hell of a mess but the cashier managed to take every order very smoothly despite all our confusion and problems with patience. Thanks to the little girl for being very friendly and smartly handling. And the pizza was amazing thanks to maker as well

  First off, the pizza maker did not wash his hands after touching and answering the phone! Luckily it was not my pizza! But there’s a good chance his hands were dirty for mine too!! Overall, I love the pizza however, they charged me more than the posted sale price. It was supposed to be $19.99 but they charged $23.49 -the cashier gave me back $3 but it was supposed to be $3.95. They kept insisting they only owed me $2 and were being generous at $3. I said to the girl, cancel and redo it. I got my $3.95 in the end.

  Great Experience 🍕 Had pizza at Papa Johns and really enjoyed it! The pizza was fresh and tasty, and they also have tables for dine-in, which was convenient. Nice place for a quick meal with family or friends. Definitely recommend giving it a try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
