  Terrible service, no pride in service. First customers on a Saturday lunch and the bathroom was dirty and smells. The drink machine didn't have all the pop, out of menu options and the "mega fries" upgrade is same as a small Wendy's fries. First and last time...stay away

  Best KFC by far i have ever been to , offered excellent customer service ,couldn't thank them anymore even offered extra dipping sauce upon request.

  Staff is very unprofessional and seems like they have 0 work ethics and they are just there to kill the time. Been waiting there for so long with no update on the waiting time and when i got my order, I told staff member that they just lose another customer that came after me because nobody was at the counter to attend and he left then staff name “Jack” replied you don’t have to worry about our customers you may leave.He said he is the Manager upon asking for the manager, if he is the manager the.they should hire a new manager since restaurant will be loosing a-lot of business because of that behaviour.

  Ordered the two can dine, asked for it to be fresh and what I got was not fresh. The chicken was overcooked and skin was hard, the chicken was dry and tough, fries were soggy, I guess some people have a different understanding of fresh these days, food standards at this restraunt are not good and should be fixed especially with the cost of everything. Would not recommend and if I could give no stars I would.

  Ordered food that stated it came with gravy. They didn't put the gravy into my order. It was 1 minute past closing hours and they blatantly lied to my face saying the order doesn't come with gravy. Horrible place never come here. Lying scammers
