  Ordered on line at 1:00pm with a 5:45 pickup Arrived at the restaurant on time. Waiting area was full of customers waiting for their orders. Everyone had been waiting for at least 30 mins. No one on the counter to answer questions. My order finally came up 48mins late.no apologies or explanation. This will be my last visit to this location

  I ordered a two-piece meal. They told me to wait in front. Nobody came out for a long time at least at least 10 minutes when I went inside, they said they were busy, but there was nobody there. They gave me my order and forgot the coleslaw. I had to return. I’m never gonna go back there again.

  The service was not good at all. The staff there acted as if the customers owed them money or were forced to work there. The salon was dirty, the toilets were dirty, etc.

  One of the worst kfc I've come across till date. Last night I went with my fiance to pick up an order we placed through Uber. Firstly, as usual the order was not ready at the time of our arrival. Secondly, the sweet corn we received in our order was only filled half, on asking the girl working there, she said it's a standard quantity we serve. We have been ordering the same meal so many times at different locations and always the container was pretty full. After this argument, the girl agreed to fill it up more for us and also handed over empty pop cups to us to fill it from the dispenser. On trying to fill diet pepsi in the cup we noticed that it was very watery. We let her know about it and she asked us to wait because the other guy working there was praying and she didn't know to fix the concentrate. We asked her to give us cans or bottles of pop, but she blatantly denied and said that we'll have to pay extra. Why are we supposed to pay extra for their incompetency? After waiting for 10-15 min straight this guy comes and starts fixing the concentrate and tears the concentrate bag itself and now there's a mess in the whole store. Later after all this mess he hands us cans of diet Pepsi. How is this justified to us? We asked for it, we were denied. Also the pop cups was way bigger than the can of diet Pepsi. After wasting our time to make us fill the pop from the dispenser, they just hand over cans. We asked for bottles instead, they denied again. Everything about this location is just pathetic. The order is never received on time. The orders are never prepared right. The pop dispenser always has some issues and on top of that the staff way more pathetic. Nobody should ever visit this location.

  Scheduled a pickup for 2:15. Even called them to confirm. Showed up at 2:20 and waited for 7 mins at an empty counter then was told my order wouldn’t be ready for another 15 mins due to “fresh batch going in” who the hell is running this place?
