The rotisserie chicken was cooked perfectly and the Chalet sauce was amazing as always. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Swiss Chalet locations around — would 100% come back!”

- JTJay T6 days ago1.0CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I ordered over the phone. Over half my items were missing. I ordered a rib/chicken combo. It was missing the chicken. I ordered a quarter chicken meal and the drumstick was missing. We ordered a pierogi appetizer and it was missing from our order. I have a CAA membership so the pierogis were supposed to be included. I mentioned to the phone operator when ordering and he said to present my card at the restaurant and they will process the free appetizer. the owner tried to blame me for not mentioning it to the operator, that’s why they got confused and missed it. Basically they admitted it’s impossible to get an order correct at this restaurant. Avoid.

We complained and got a refund. Would not go back. Customer service was horrible. They put the blame on us saying they were too busy. Could have been an SNL skit

Thank you so much to our server Sam for exceptional service and always on top of our needs. Sam was very quick, attentive, and awesome. I think the owner came to check up on us and brought more sauce without even having to ask. The chicken was fresh, fall off the bone and juicy. Thank you!
