  Took my money via the app, but arrived and no sub. Worker is also rude talking shit about customers under his breathe. Will be disputing with bank and also talking to head office. Also this location does not honour the footlong sub of the day price. In the 5 minute span I’ve been here he’s upset two customers after me and one walked out. No customer service at all, or human decency and manners. And this location always has browning vegetables.

  I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered the “Meal of the Day” for $7.99 and asked to upgrade it to a footlong for an extra $3, but I was charged around $16 without a clear explanation. It seemed like the staff member wasn’t fully sure how to apply the deal correctly. Proper training and clear communication would really help avoid this kind of confusion for customers.

  The night shift employees don’t do their job properly. You order from uber and they will give you anything but not what you asked for. This should not be happening🙁
