  Had a great experience at Montana's BBQ & Bar! Hana was exceptional — very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked on us regularly, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food tasted great, portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Excellent customer service all around. Hana truly made our visit even better, and we will definitely be coming back.

  The food here was amazing and the manager plus the other workers were very kind, but our waitress Sue was extremely rude and honestly ruined the experience. This is not the first time we’ve come here and had issues with her complaining about tips. This time, after seeing the tip, she literally said “only five dollars?” which was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. No customer should feel pressured or judged over what they tip. Her attitude was impatient the whole time and it made everyone uncomfortable. If this happens again, next time I won’t tip at all. It’s very annoying because everyone else working there was lovely and the restaurant itself is great, but her behaviour keeps making the experience worse.

  We just ate lunch here , it was rather busy because it was Mother’s Day. The service was very quick and friendly. We both ordered a chicken club salad and I have to say , I consider myself a salad person. I have had salads all over North America. That was one of the best salads I have ever had , if not the best. I must have looked like I had not eaten in 2 weeks. I didn’t even stop to say anything other than wow this is amazing. Seriously so so so good. Thank you guys. I’ll be back for another one very soon

  My experience was great. My only complaint is in regards to the chicken wings. They were disappointing. Did I get the scrawny batch? I don’t know. Hardly any meat on them at all. I’m still going to return to Montanas - I just won’t get their chicken wings.

  Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We had made a reservation for a group of 12 two nights in advance for my friend’s husband’s birthday, but when we arrived, even though a large table was completely empty, we were told it was reserved. No one showed up for that table during our entire stay. The lady who took our order was extremely rushed and unfriendly. She acted impatient and irritated from the moment she approached us. We hadn’t even ordered drinks yet when she insisted we order appetizers immediately, and then pushed us to order the main dishes right away, claiming the kitchen closes early — even though our reservation was at 8:30 PM. Her behavior made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of the celebration. We ended up taking the birthday cake we had given them earlier and left because we no longer felt like staying. Honestly, I regret choosing this restaurant for our night out, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
