  I went twice to this location after 10pm. The lady who stays back at night shift is extremely rude and has 0 sense of customer interaction. She either should change her attitude or the job because both can't go together. I will never visit KFC anymore.

  I came to this KFC tonight, August 15, at around 10:00 PM. According to the hours posted on the door and listed online, this location was supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. I had placed an online order, and when I arrived, the restaurant doors were already locked. There were also Uber delivery drivers waiting outside to pick up orders, but the employees refused to open the door for them as well. When I asked why the door was locked while customers were still coming in and orders were being placed, the employee told us that the floor was wet and that was the reason they had closed the door. However, I personally recorded a video of the floor, and the floor was clearly not wet. I politely explained that if the floor really was wet, they should have put up a proper “Wet Floor” sign and should not have closed the restaurant while it was still within the advertised business hours. It was only 10:00 PM, and there were still customers and delivery drivers coming to the restaurant. What was even more disappointing was that there was no evidence that the floor was actually being mopped or cleaned. The floor was dirty, the tables were dirty, and the restaurant did not appear to be undergoing any proper cleaning that would justify closing the doors an hour early. We were left standing outside at night in the cold while the employees could clearly see us. Despite asking respectfully, they refused to open the door and spoke to us in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Eventually, after we strongly complained from outside, they finally opened the door. If this location wants to close early for cleaning, that is something management should plan properly and communicate to customers. But locking the doors at 10:00 PM when the posted closing time is 11:00 PM, refusing to let customers and delivery drivers in, and then giving an explanation that did not appear to match what was actually happening is unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at this location. The overall service and professionalism here have been very disappointing. I hope KFC management takes this complaint seriously and reviews what happened tonight, including the staff’s treatment of customers and delivery drivers. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when the restaurant is still officially open.
