  Highly Recommended! Amol Sharma is a very nice and kind young man. I was having a horrible day and he was very helpful. He was also very nice to my dog ! The food was amazing.

  Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru last night. The employee taking our order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of speaking to us respectfully, she raised her voice and yelled at us while we were simply trying to place our order. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the entire interaction very uncomfortable. I understand that working in a busy drive-thru can be stressful, but customers should never be spoken to or treated this way. We were not disrespectful and there was absolutely no reason for an employee to raise her voice at us. Management should seriously review how customers are being treated during the night shift and address this with the staff involved. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a KFC location, and it definitely makes me think twice about returning.

  Placed an online order and was told they were too busy very rudely and to come back to the drive thru in 5 minutes. There wasn't one car infront of me or behind me. My order was 2 Twister wraps only. I asked if I could just wait at the window rather than driving around and was told no we are too busy. I cancelled my order and I'm now waiting for a refund from management. I will be avoiding this location going forward.
