  The employee taking the order was speaking very quietly and was very hard to hear/understand. We were trying our best to be polite and patient but she kept getting frustrated and yelling at us and telling us to “drive up” before we finished talking. We were not ordering anything particularly complicated or a large order…just enough for 2 adults and a young kid. Everytime we didn’t understand her or hear her correctly we nicely would say “pardon?” Or “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you” and she would yell in a frustrated tone to repeat what she said and then as soon as we got done ordering one item she would said “k drive up” before we could order the rest of our food. We ended up just leaving and not even wanting to eat there because this lady was so rude and hostile. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I understand that sometimes you have a hard day but there is no reason to be so rude and use such an angry tone while yelling at a customer who is simply trying to order their food and having trouble understanding and hearing you. Deeply disappointed in the service here and won’t be coming back, we ended up going to the chick fil a down the street and they were absolutely wonderful which was refreshing after having the employee at this kfc location take their bad day out on myself and my husband for simply pulling up the drive through and trying to order a late dinner for us and our young son. Very very very strongly suggest management have a conversation about emotional regulation and kindness with their staff because being spoken to that way was absolutely appalling and I am disgusted that this employee felt it necessary to be so unkind and angry to two tired parents who had done nothing to her- my child was scared and wanted to know why she was angry at us, he thought we had done something wrong… I can handle bad service but being screamed at because we couldn’t hear or understand this employee is disgusting and surely my son shouldn’t be made to feel as though he or his parents had done something wrong by attempting to get him dinner from his fave restaurant. We will be going to the other kfc in newmarket or chick fil a from now on to avoid being a punching bag for this employee to take their hard day out on. Do better.

  I’m really disappointed with this KFC location. I ordered using the self-order machine inside the store. I just wanted to switch gravy to corn (same combo, small change). When I asked politely, the worker started yelling at me and said “no, you ordered what you ordered” and that I have to pay extra. I’m a regular customer and he even recognized me, but still treated me with zero respect. I wasn’t rude at all, but he kept raising his voice and then came back again asking “what did you say?” when I didn’t even say anything to him. This is not how you treat customers. It’s not about the corn — it’s about the attitude and disrespect. Very unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

  So poor! I ordered the 14 bucks 4 piece combo, with large fries, onion rings and pop corn chicken as the sides, only for me to get home and see I didn’t get the fries in it! I wanted the fries that why I added it, wasted 28 bucks for nothing!

  Not sure why this location has so many negative reviews. My best friend and I stopped by on Sunday to pick up food for our annual WrestleMania party, and we had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We ordered a 12-piece bucket with fries and gravy, along with two Zinger sandwiches and a macaroni salad. The chicken was some of the freshest and juiciest I’ve ever had at a KFC. We’ll definitely be coming back!
