  A staff member kindly opened the door and welcomed me inside. Great first impression. The booth I was seated at was clean and the staff member took the time to ask each of us if we had been there before and took us through the menu. Food has been consistently good from this location. I have never left disappointed. I ordered a spicy chicken meal and it was on the table in less than 7 minutes. Keep up the great work. You guys are killing it. The mint on the way out was a nice treat.

  Good things really do come in pairs! Not long ago, I visited a restaurant that felt just like family. Today, since it's Family Week and fishing is no license required this Mother's Day weekend, we decided to drive north. On our way through NewMarket, we stopped at this Chick-fil-A—I absolutely love this chain; it was my go-to when I lived in the US. Wow, the moment we walked in, the place was beautiful, warm, and packed. Every staff member was attentive and on top of their game. The service and team dynamic are truly exceptional; you can really feel they genuinely care about you. While we were waiting for our order, we found a lovely table set up for making Mother's Day cards. The colors were vibrant, and all supplies were provided. The three of us made cards: my husband for his mom, me for mine, and our son for me! One of the staff even gave me a fresh carnation. A huge shoutout to Supervisor Neb—he was incredibly kind and helpful the entire time, guiding us with the cards and even helping to fetch our meal. It's been such a long time since I've felt this much warmth and kindness, especially in Northern Canada at a fast-food restaurant. I highly recommend this location! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the whole experience is just different. After just one visit, I know I'll be coming back regularly!

  Absolutely wonderful service! So kind and friendly! Food came out fast and hot and was still hot once we arrived home! The young man taking our order was so helpful and personable!! We had just decided not to get food from the kfc down the street after some really awful service and it was absolutely a breath of fresh air to deal with the lovely staff here after an awful experience at the kfc. We will definitely be coming back more often as the food is yummy and the staff were incredibly lovely to interact with!! Management should be proud of their team because they are not only efficient and fast but also absolutely lovely and professional!! I’ve worked in the service industry for years and the service and quality of product sold at this store could be used in a training manual because it was absolutely impressive!! One of the best fast food customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!!!!

  I have been coming to this Chick Fil A location for a while now and the service has always been exceptional. However I could not say the same about my last visit. I came through the drive thru as usual and I had brought my dog with me in the back seat. All of the staff I have interacted with have been fantastic except this one man in the drive thru. When I pulled into the lane I noticed he was visibly on his phone taking pictures and texting. He took my order and then he proceeded to take a picture of my dog and vehicle on his phone as I was driving away. I wasn’t going to say anything at first but it did make me question the professionalism of the staff. I couldn’t fully make out the name on the tag, it was something like “Saran” I think. I hope this is taken care of.

  Visited Chick-fil-A Newmarket with my husband, who is a fan. I’m personally not the biggest Chick-fil-A customer in general, but I do enjoy their coffee milkshake. What stood out most here was not the food — it was the staff. This location has one of the most consistently friendly and welcoming teams I’ve experienced. Every interaction felt intentional, warm, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality delivered consistently across every guest. It honestly felt like a breath of fresh air compared to what you typically experience in busier city locations. Whether it’s a Newmarket standard or specific to this team, it was noticeably different in the best way. Even though the food isn’t my personal go-to, the service alone makes this location worth acknowledging.
