  I ordered a combo advertised as 12.99. I didn’t realized when I paid that it charged 19.49. It doesn’t even make sense that an extra plastic cup would cost that much more. When I asked about it, they wouldn’t honour the 12.99. The cashier was nice and gave me extra fry since that’s all she can do but I won’t be going back here. The manager should have honored the advertised price!

  Today I hit up the drive thru. As I approached the building by car from my perspective I could see not many cars in the line. Then I drove around the building got in line. I was second car from the speaker. There was a big LOUD truck parallel to the cars or beside me. A man with the truck had a hose blocking the drive thru. He had the hose attached to the corner of the building. I don’t know what he was doing, it was sucking something out and into the truck. Grease trap? The only car a head of me couldn’t advance because the hose and guy were in the way. Finally after 5 maybe 10 minutes. The guy let the car thru. Then I moved up to the speaker. The guy went back to hose across drive thru area. Loud again. Now I can’t hear the speaker nor could they hear me. Long story short, the experience that should have been a couple minutes was 20+. Time whatever service that was at a better time maybe when closed! Or close the drive thru during so people don’t waste their time.

  I ordered the large Mandalorian box and before paying, I asked them not to include pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce in it. However, the cashier told me that unless I had an allergy, I would have to remove them from the burger myself. It was honestly a very unpleasant and disgusting experience.

  This was our third visit to this location—and it will be our last. Let’s be clear: Burger King is already a compromise. You’re not coming here for exceptional food or health-conscious options. You come for convenience and speed. Unfortunately, this location delivers neither. On all three visits, the wait times have been excessive despite the restaurant not being busy—either inside or at the drive-through. Today was the worst: over 20 minutes from placing the order to receiving the food, with only two cars ahead of us. Even more frustrating is the ordering process itself. Each time, we’ve been left sitting at the speaker for several minutes before anyone takes the order. This isn’t normal. Most drive-throughs can handle multiple tasks efficiently—this one clearly cannot. After finally placing the order, you wait again. Then you pay quickly at the window… and wait yet again for the food. The entire experience feels disorganised and inefficient from start to finish. If you’re expecting “fast food,” you won’t find it here. Given the long wait times and the already questionable quality of the food, there’s really no reason to choose this location over countless better options nearby. Take your business elsewhere

  This was perhaps the best Burger King experience I have ever had. I am a big fan of BK and the other night we decided on BK on our way home from daughters soccer game. As it turns out, it was also my mom's bday and she was with us. She wanted a burger so I opted for BK. This location is fairly new and I had not been here before. There used to be one about 1 minute away from this location, but the signage alerted me to the new location. Upon entering it was clean and fairly busy. We ordered at the kiosk because I find it faster as daughter likes to customize her burger. Everyone's food was fine, and I have to say, my spicey chicken sandwich was excellent. It was like the Seriously chicken sandwich mcds used to have. It was cooked perfectly, a real piece of chicken and the toppings were fresh. The fries were great. My wife and my mom both had a jr meal of some type I think. Idaughter had a whopper combo. It was less than 50$ for all 4, which is pretty good by modern standards. Oh we had 2 pies as well. Our order came out perfectly in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly, I had to go back up to ask for some ketchup packets. I like the fill tour own drink station, good value. Washrooms were fairly clean, seen better, but it was dinner rush Friday night so I consider it a win. Compared to the last couple BK I have been to, this location was the best. Nice decor too. I like the new crown lights. This location is obviously run very well.
