We are a collection of like-minded, beer-loving, big-dreaming wing nuts with a wild enthusiasm for crafting the finest beer we can; all in an honest effort to save the world from enduring even one more lousy, domestic bottle of unthinkably bland, filtered, watery beer. We strive to produce pure craft beer and we make some darn good food as well. We are looking forward to bringing our product to Alliston and the surrounding area. What more could one ask for in its own backyard, Great beer paired with amazing food.
