All they do is ask you for proof of the purchase then tell you to chase Uber the deliver partner for refund/compensation. Their automated bot client support team resolves nothing. This is why the Thai Express brand is failing. Ordered two individual stir chicken fry and rice. The amount of chicken was less than I would feed a kitten. Such a disgrace how they take your money upfront on apps and then serve customers portions that are less than a 3 year old would eat of the protien. Sauce was basically dumped on a ton of steamed rice with a few stale veges. What a disgrace Thai express bayshore. This is the most dissapointing experience. You'll need to rectify this.
